How Mnay Calories In A Curry From Chinese

Convierte TweetDeck (Twitter) in an RSS reader January'10

takes weeks mulling over the topic, looking programilla alternatives online, etc ... q but I think I've finally found what I wanted ... I mean, as surely many people will do the same and can q be interested in this entry.

As time passes and the years, you realize that what you really need is that, TIME. Gone are the years that one could spend hours in front of a PC giving the keys without worrying about anything. Today, real life (or 1.0 as some call it) has so many attractions that one can not afford to spend long times in front of a screen, and that makes the little time we spend must be PRODUCTIVE . When you realize there are so many interesting sites and Services 2.0 in which to participate which may not include all suffering from a cyber-anxiety to have the feeling that "someone " says "something " and you .. . WHAT YOU ARE LOSING! I do not mean the typical " @ foo 'm at the bar" or "Somebody's niece @ ui, q bellyache, I cag # &%" ... I mean a lot of sites and blogs with updates every day on topics that one may be of interest (either technology, travel, photography, nature, etc ... everyone likes.) Internet allows us to create our own source of information, selected according to our tastes and interests.

In my case, I "nourish" of that information mainly from two media: blogs and Twitter ( on Facebook aparcao leave it because every time I walk less ... ).

To follow the blogs to which I subscribe, I use Google Reader , while for "enticed" to use the program twitts TweetDeck PC. I think

blogger (to keep several) and greatly respect the work of the community, since having a live site with new posts and that they are of interest and quality, it is difficult, especially if you want to stand out from the large amount of " competition. " But I have to admit that the universe Twitter love me why? Well, mostly for his wit (pim pam ), in 140 characters or less you find out everything you have your FOLLOWS.

good thing is that Twitter is becoming more widespread, and more bloggers are using it as a tool to promote the new entries in their blogs. So his followers read the title posts, if they are interested in accessing it via the link tweeted, if not, we read other Follows, plain and simple.

This rapidity of information provided by Twitter does, more and more, RSS readers are something parked, as sometimes the amount of information generated in these is a little overwhelming, and having to go into two different services to keep us updated (taking the right time), we chose makes (almost inadvertently) by a department or other ...

In my case, if a blog has its semegante on Twitter, let's follow it through RSS, since through the network of microblogging say the same and more. But still there are many blogs that do not participate in this platform, so you have to keep using a feed reader.

Well, here comes the reason for the posts and all this stuff I have gotten q ... ;) Is there any program that can follow your Twitter FOLLOWS subscriptions and your RSS / ATOM?

After you take out smoke that Google searching and searching, I found a first solution. It's called Feedly : a half-online service that turns your Google Reader account into something more colorful at the time of submitting the subscription, and also lets you add your Twitter account and thus see the latest updates in your timeline. But after try it ... Twitter renegade saw was a 2 nd level (or 3 º...) and was not comfortable or flexible use, so I kept looking.

I saw that the demand for this combination of services is not new.
There are many inquiries asking the same ... And I think ... how is it possible that nobody has invented !!!??? ARG! If I knew I would set up and got down to work!

And suddenly ... Zass! I came across a post, published in the year 2008 (en Inglés) which explained a possible solution, by combining different services 2.0 which gives us the network of networks. Entry THIS is from Dave's blog Steavens .

I got down to work, and once proven to work (OEEEE!) decided to create this post explaining the process found, thus allowing to reach more people and not be forgotten, trying to solve acclaimed need : combine twitts reader and rss feeds in one! There he goes!

---------------------------------------- NOTE: First of all, make clear that I have not discovered the moon, just find it interesting to publish this post after checking the few solutions found (or rather, the one), giving full credit to the author original entry . ----------------------------------------

0 .- Services and programs used:

- Twitter : logically (so if two user accounts)
- Google Reader : not know if other readers found useful, but I think this is the most extended.
- Twitterfeed : site that allows you to redirect a rss subscription
- TweetDeck : program that streamlines the use of Twitter

300% then you have to do in each service.

1 .- Twitter:

In addition to our Twitter account, we will create another ( eye, which I did not allow me to use the same email ... ). This new account will be redirected to the blog updates via Twitterfeed. If we do not want anyone else to see our subscriptions, we have to set it as "protected." 2 .-

Google Reader:

generally tend to have Google Reader subscriptions in clusters, users, etc ... Well, we have to do is create a new folder. It will put all the blogs we want q appear in our timeline of Twitter. You could say that everyone, but in the case of photoblogs, I prefer continue to use Google Reader, since it is much quicker to see the photos there, apart from that I check less frequently.

Once you create the folder and "filled" posts, go to:

"Manage Subscriptions " - "Folders and Tags " -> and the folder you've created become "public" giving over RSS symbol.

then obtain the feed URL for the folder by clicking on the "view public page site" is in the right options. Once done we will see the timeline page with all subscriptions in the folder. To copy feed address we press on the "Atom feed " q on the right. Copiano the URL in the browser bar and go! ( well, almost ... ;)

3 .- Twitterfeed:

This service is making a feed link (or several) to a Twitter account, so that every time this blog is updated appear as input to the Twitter account linked. If we only stay here because we would not TOO entries appear as updates on our Twitter account, and would all of our followers. This is where comes in the second account we created in the beginning.

To this end, first we checked in on our own OpenID Twitterfeed by Google (the q have linked the Google Reader service where we get the information).

Then add a "new feed " where we'll stick the address copied a minute ago from Google Reader, setting things like update time and the number of entries.

And finally we discharge in Twitterfeed Twitter account we created (the 2nd, not the main ...).

Once the process of creating, Twitterfeed service usually takes about an hour ( at least in my case ) to verify the feed and start to rular everything.

While we wait we must ask ourselves a follow between the two accounts (main and RSS feeds), but do not go.

And nothing ... Once after a while ... DELETE! WE HAVE ALL OUR UPDATES SUBSCRIBE TO OUR RSS TIMELINE OF TWITTER! (EUREKA!! As Alquimedes said;)

But if you want, there's more. Let's set TweetDeck.

4 .- TweetDeck:

If we stop here, once q Twitterfeed service becoming operational, we would see in our general timeline all RSS feeds to which we subscribe, as that published in the 2 nd Twitter account and follow to be doing, only we would see ( long as we protected account ). These entries are "mix together" with the rest of tweets. If we do not care, do not do anything else, but if we have the feeds located (either x q be the reason), do the following.

Back to TweetDeck, this program allows you to display different columns in different types of tweets, whether ranking lists, groups, users, etc. .. Well, we just have to add a new column " Group" and add that group to our 2 nd q Launches Twitter account feeds. So we have localized Subscriptions is for any reason whatsoever.

----------- Well, I have often gotten tostón:) The only drawback I see him (if q can be called "problem" is that these tickets were "suck" is also the TweetDeck maximum allowed per column (which I think is now at 300 tweets), which leads to q are disappearing more frequently the older tweets. But hey, same thing would happen if instead of making all this racket, subscriptions were users Twitter, no?. Having column groups, allows subscriptions to stay longer on display.

Nothing more, q I hope you have found this post interesting and can serve you in the case of q was looking for something similar to unification services. Also, I think is a breakthrough and not a delay as many people say out there. I believe that both tools are very useful individually, but if you really were to integrate the two would be great. Many people insist on defending a platform or another why, if you use both at once? ... We read

What Kind Of Paint To Use Onoranements

The sky, so the clouds will not let us see ... Summary

Last December 21 the Winter was willing to take notice ... and that since then the rain and clouds do not let amateur astronomers can enjoy fabulous evening sky this month of January.

But to console (consolarme. ..) Here I make a screenshot of Stellarium indicating more ho q least we can see these weeks to see if by the end of the month we enjoy a good night sky and point to the sky.

must say that now the crescent moon to appear again in the west at nightfall, so after 25 of this month we will have to wait at least at 1:00 pm in the evening so that the light of our dear Satellite does not hurt us deep sky observations. Another thing is if you want to observe the moon:) thankful q is always a good eye increases.

Well, here the capture of the sky today about 00:30 h (q being the dominate the coming weeks): ( click on image to enlarge )

And here a short summary of the most interesting:

- Planets:

We watch our red neighbor, Mars . Which by the way, next January 29 will be in opposition to Earth. Although not the most favorable over the past years. inform you more about the oppositions of Mars in this link .

A part of Mars, but we can see Saturn Looking up the East. The size of this planet, even when at a great distance, makes it possible that some good gains we enjoy your rings. It was my first planet through the telescope and it seemed incredible that he could see those rings around this great planet.

- Stars:

can clearly observe the winter triangle formed by the star Sirius, Procyon and Betelgueuse.

- Deep sky:

Where do recommend looking? Then towards the constellation of Orion , and from there travel to several light years side to side;) Here is a brief list of several deep sky objects that can be seen during this month:

· M42: Nebula Orion (Simply amazing with a light telescope)
· M78 (another nebula in Orion)
· Horsehead Nebula (a pending ...)
· M36, M37, M38 : some clusters close together close together in the constellation of Auriga (Driver)
· M45: The Pleiades , an open cluster in Taurus Siple view
· NGC 884 and NGC 869: Double Cluster in Perseus spectacular view, q and q both clusters seems rub. I recommend him late at night just because if they will be in a very low position.

Well, so we could be a good time. If you look the whole relationship objects are located to the south. To see the complete list of objects visible this month, do not hesitate to visit www.elcielodelmes.com

To see if clouds give us a truce remainder of the month. Regards and clear skies for all!

Jawline Implants Before And After

2009 (see q as) more than three years in the blogosphere! Aquarium

Greetings to all. I think this first post of 2010 hoping to be the first of many.

First of all, I am not updating the blog much lately. Between one thing and another, the short time step ahead of the pc q I dedicate it to review the rss and tweets, q read what interests me and go. I admit that part of real life 1.0;) other hobbies "invade" the little free time I have q ( aquatics, astronomy and photography ) so I'm taking advantage of the blog to publish interesting things to think concerning those interests.

other hand, I think the blogger world has seen something " invaded" by new services like Twitter or Facebook, among others, has made many people spend less time in both publication on their blogs and in the monitoring of others. While I believe that blogs will survive, because such services are fed to external content (in the case of Twitter in particular). Furthermore, the information captured in a blog is much easier to consult, and more sustainable, while social networking type services, today you say something and after a few months and find it ...

At the beginning of new year I always like more calmly analyze the statistics of the blog, and see and where "the shots go , q see what people read more and see if there are q make a change. For this I have activated the services of Google Analytics platforms and Statistics Free.

This post will try to summarize the main points of 2009 regarding my blog (jurjurjur. ..) Here I go:

- EVOLUTION OF VISITS:

• N º visitors from home blog (November 2006) : 164,743
• N º 2009 Views: 98,743
2008 • N ° Visitors: 44,000 (approximately)
2007 • N ° Visitors: 22,000 (approximately)

As someone I know would say ... " fills me with pride and satisfaction " ... see how the number of visits has increased significantly year after year (DUPLICANDOSE!!). This encourages one keep posting and creating content, as the examination of the most visited entry I see that some may be helpful to many people.

The months of most visits were in June and July. Then in August the thing is "leverage" with the holidays and has trouble restarting ...

- TOP 10 most visited 2,009 TICKETS:

1 .- Games for All "Mago Nico"
2 .- Open ports on a Router Comtrend CT-5361
3 .- Comics in digital format (. cbr. pdf,. jpg ,...)
4 .- Your face
Simpsons style 5 .- Tonight, Tonight ...!!! "Summercat" Billie the vision and the dancers
6 .- Canon G9 + Photoshop CS3 + RAW
7 .- CHDK for the Canon G9: 64 seconds of exposure
8 .- Looking at the sky 200/1000 SW HEQ5 a
9 .- Aquaria: A fascinating world (cria scalar)
Zasca 10 .-! : Berto + Chimo Bayo (Terrat Pack)

Jojojo, is curious. The four more views of 2,009 entries were also among the 2,008 major issue jejeje will put a lot of these names in future entries jijiji; P

On the other hand I'm surprised you are among the top 10 created some entries in 2,009 same as referring to the song " Tonight, Tonight " or for the SkyWatcher astronomical equipment (it looks that the International Year of Astronomy has made people scratch their pockets)

- BUILDING TICKETS:

· 2009: 97 entries
· 2008: 198 entries
· 2007: 199 entries
· 2006: 1 entry ...

Well, I will discuss shortly, the numbers speak for themselves. This decrease of 50% of tickets are basically due to the short time that I can dedicate. First things first, folks! ;)

- SOURCES OF TRAFFIC:

· 89.9% through search engines (almost 98% through Google)
· 10.1% direct traffic or through external references

Well , 10% direct traffic is not bad lol. If we consider that in 2,009 the blog has been visited 98,743 times, some 9,800 visits have been intentional (come on, who came to CATx's Blog truth and not have arrived by chance using Google ...:)

When compared with data from the 2008 ... Last year, direct traffic or through referrals accounted for 50% ... If in 2008 there were 44,000 visitors, that means that 22,000 came directly ... compared to the 9,800 of 2009 .... mmm .... This "loss" of frequency of visits will have to study it. Although basically can be due to the considerable decrease of new entries made in the 2,009 (nearly half, as declining direct visits).

Well, there are other data to analyze but are less interesting overall.

only hope that this 2010 can create more or less the same entries in 2,009 and above all, quality inputs and of interest to you all.

greetings to all and thanks for visiting! we read! ;)
